A community managed by local members

The Pinehurst No. 6 Community Association (PCA No. 6) provides a variety of important services for our members. Elected by member residents, our leaders are guided by the key principles of preserving property values and enhancing the sense of community within Pinehurst No. 6.

Membership is voluntary and costs only $60 a year. There are no expensive monthly HOA dues or annual assessments.
